Great game by Harrison but you must not have heard Harrison’s comment. It definitely wasn’t the latter. He said that he would have pitched differantly than he did last game if they would have made an adjustment but they didn’t so he was able to pitch the same.

If Teagarden is going to be Harrison’s personal catcher, does that mean he’s going to stick around at least for the entire year to help Harrison develop? If it reduces the chances of him being dealt, maybe it increases the chances of another C like Ramirez or Pina going.

What a debacle that would’ve been if Eddie Guardado had seriously messed up Harrison’s eye with his shaving cream pie slam on the postgame show. I saw more velocity on that than anything Eddie has thrown off the mound this season. Glad Harry was alright.

I don’t think it’s a case of either or, more like a bit of both. The changes that Maddux has brought have led to an increase in confidence but also the Sox were not exactly the smartest hitters I’ve ever seen.

Great job by Harrison though.

Right at half of the hits from the bottom three in the order. When the second ‘Clean-Up’ batter contributes the top of this order will deliver. Who would have figured Vizuel and Andrus having this kind of contribution?
Wash is now able to incorporate all of t his wish list of game activities; bunts, steals and squeezes. Players listen better when they are winning.

Harrison is in the zone…….he’s not only had an epiphany but he has metamorphized into this beautiful lefty top of the rotation kinda guy……i have him penciled in for 15 wins this year…….i’m scared to say that but he is going to stretch out his streaks for the good this year and while he’s on he is one exciting beast!!!!!!!!
