Nolan Ryan stopped by the beautiful InsideCorner Studios to chat a little bit about the improvement in the Rangers pitching staff this year. Also, to abuse me. And, really, what good is a day without some abuse from a Hall of Famer?

Again, much thanks to videographer extraordinaire Ted Price of Rangers Podcast in Arlington. We stocked up on some more viral video, including Josh Hamilton, Eddie Guardado and Matt Harrison, all coming in the next few days.

    Thanks, guys, love this!! Sure I’m a baseball n00b when it comes to a lot of the strategy and whatnot — but who better to watch explain it that Nolan Ryan!? Keep the video comin’, Evan, we’ll be back to watch. ;)

    i love how nolan pronounces “veteran”. i could listen to him talk baseball, or foundation repair, all day!

    That was great…….down the road somewhere I ‘d like to hear from Vincente with Eric Nadel translating all in one setting…….language barrier seems to be a way that Padilla is not as much a part of this team as he could and I’d love to see that improve……to the benefit to all…..

    i think it’s more that he doesn’t like talking to folks outside of the team much. at least, that’s the impression i got. and i totally asked derek holland about my boy padilla at the happy hour. he said that he is very much a part of the team and all that. just isn’t interested in getting outside of that. made it sound like he was just a really private person. oh, and his english is just fine, too.

    that being said, i would love to hear from him.
