| 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 | 9 | Total | |
| Rangers | 3 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 4 |
| Yankees | 1 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 0 | 0 | 2 |
6:07: We are expected to start at 7:15. More on Vicente Padilla situation coming up.
6:12: Rangers lineup: 2B Ian Kinsler, 3B Michael Young, DH Andruw Jones, RF Nelson Cruz, LF David Murphy, CF Marlon Byrd, 1B Chris Davis, C Jarrod Saltalamacchia, SS Elvis Andrus. … and pitching for the Rangers RHP Scott Feldman.
6:15: The Yankees lineup is without 1B Mark Teixeira, who suffered a bruised right ankle on his hard slide into second base last night to break up a double play.
6:16: On Vicente Padilla: He did speak at length with Rangers officials after learning he had been placed on waivers and was later seen outside the clubhouse on a cell phone.
Padilla would clear waivers at noon CDT Friday and then the next move would be to either release him (highly unlikely), try to send him to the minors (just as unlikely) or let him remain in the rotation (which appears most likely). The question is how Padilla will react. He was surprised to find out he’d been placed on waivers. While club officials confirmed meeting with him – it began in plain sight of the media – they did not offer any further comment on the situation.
The timing of the move was most curious. It came a day after Padilla twice hit Mark Teixeira with pitches. After the second, the Yankees seemed intent on retribution. Teixeira’s hard slide into second upended Elvis Andrus. An inning later Yankees starter A.J. Burnett threw a pitch near the head of Nelson Cruz.
“My first thought when I hit the ground was that it was payback,” Cruz said. “But I heard him yelling ‘My fault,’ so I was willing to let it go.”
6:27: The Yankees have announced RHP Chien-Ming Wang will pitch on Thursday instead of LHP C.C. Sabathia. I’d consider that a break for the Rangers.
6:54: So, what to make of the decision to place Padilla on waivers? It’s either a prelude to something else or nothing at all.
The Rangers, it seems, may be trying to send a message to Padilla and the players in the clubhouse that this type of behavior won’t be tolerated. For most of Padilla’s time in Texas, players have been concerned that the inexplicable plunkings and last night two players (Elvis Andrus and Nelson Cruz) were put in harm’s way by the beaning. In this regard, the waiver assignment may serve as final warning to Padilla to cut it out and it may serve as notice to the players that ‘hey, we are trying to do something about it.’
7:13: Bad inning for the Rangers after Nelson Cruz leads off third with a walk and David Murphy follows with single. Marlon Byrd, Chris Davis and Jarrod Saltalamacchia all strike out, badly missing pitches.
7:33: Scott Feldman grands through a 29-pitch third, but gets out of it unscored upon when Alex Rodriguez bounces into a third-to-first double play. Really have to like that Feldman showed a little emotion after getting the double play.
7:50: Another highlight play for Elvis Andrus, his body going towards left field as he makes a strong throw to get Melky Cabrera Robinson Cano from the outfield grass for the first out of the fourth inning.
8:06: Scott Feldman had 29 pitches in that testy third inning, but has thrown just 44 in the other four. In my mind, you are seeing the evolution of a legitimate starting pitcher before your eyes.
8:12: Another wasted chance by Rangers in sixth. After first two hitters reach base, Michael Young bounces into a double play and Andruw Jones grounds out. How many of these chances can Rangers afford to waste and maintain a lead? Not many more I’m guessing.
8:32: The radar gun in the stadium showed the fastball with which Scott Feldman struck out Alex Rodriguez at 94 mph. The Yankees broadcast showed it at 95 mph. Either way, it had extra spicy stuff on it that I’ve never seen from Feldman.
8:39: Maybe it’s just the brand spankin’ new HD monitor above me for replays, but Scott Feldman has looked so into this game. … he had a playoff face appearance.
8:43: C.J. Wilson fools Derek Jeter with movement on fastball. While Jeter argued, that big monitor above me showed a ball right down Broadway.
9:02: Yankees eighth inning is example of the value of pitching and defense. C.J. Wilson did a magnificent job working Alex Rodriguez to a second consecutiuve strikeout. SS Elvis Andrus put the inning away with a bare-handed field-and-throw play on Robinson Cano. Pitching and defense can do a lot for a team.
Hey, Evan! Great job on the Padilla story.
Nice work, Evan. Score one for new media!
If what TAG just said is right (Tex is now “one of the guys”), then Tex should thank Padilla.
Hey everyone.
Nice to see kins walk to start the game.
Good agressive base running.
Niddle’s open.:)
Mathis up with the big club, how did I miss that?
We really need to get to him big right here.
I know this is an early start but surely i’m not the only one here.
you’re not alone.
Hey folks, nice early lead. Always good not to waste a lead off walk. Re: Padilla issue, could part of this be to expose him to waivers and have him clear waivers so that should a post-deadline trade be something to consider he’d be ready to go? That seems somewhat far thinking, but what else besides “Someone takes him and his salary or we keep the status quo”?
Begining to think I was talking to myself here.
Way to go, Chris!
I’m having trouble finding the game. What channel is it on today?
Thankfully an ET game! I get tired of waiting till 8:00pm for the game to start
I think the rangers think he was bad for the team and will release him if no one claims him.
I like that.
Pitching inside is fine, getting mad and throwing at someone is not good and will get someone on your team hurt.
You’re not the only one here, obagain, but we’re I’m at the kids soccer practuce so I’m flying blind right now.
If no one claims Padilla, I think this sends a message to him: we’re willing to let you go; compete hard, do things the right way, or you are out of here.
@Dylan: I am watching on MLB.com and it appears to be FSSW for you.
I like the early start, I have a double header later tonight so I get to see the first part of the game.
Thanks @The Beer Guy – No HD in this game, that’s what threw me
evan, any thoughts on the rangers looking at tom glavine?
I really don’t think they would release him and eat his salary without some sort of equivalent replacement. He’s not my favorite, but he’s not awful…
Is it wrong that I had a nice little giggle hearing Teixeira got hurt on that slide yesterday?
Re: Padilla – My understanding is that if no one claims him they can send him to AAA, which he has the rights to refuse and become a free agent or that he would stay up with the big club.
I think they are just hoping someone will pick him up so that they’ll have some salary room for the trade deadline.
@Dylan: Woops, sorry I forgot to say normal FSSW. Damn Yankees have it in HD on YES
@Greg: I think it’s poetic justice that Tex injured himself on that slide. Laugh away my friend!
@beerguy: i don’t think they will, either, at this point. But I think this tells him that he better behave himself. Remember Ponson last year.
@Greg, I’m just glad I wasn’t the only one. I wish nothing poisitive on that guy.
If they assigned him to AAA, he refused and became a FA, would they be off the hook for his salary at that point?
Great news about Wang instead of Sabathia tomorrow night. 6 games with the yanks and we’ll have avoided C.C.
@Greg: Nope. I had a good laugh about it. the only part i didn’t like was TAG saying that the NY media now says that Tex is “one of the guys.” maybe he should thank Padilla.
If a team claims him I hope it is a NL team so we dont have to face him and get our guys hit 2-3 times a game.
@Greg and Beer Guy: explain to me why Tex was the bad guy yesterday. He got thrown at once and just ran to first. He gets thrown at again and understandably gets upset. Then he goes hard, and CLEAN, into second. Yet, somehow he’s the bad guy?
@The Beer Guy – Yeah, they would… I think they get $20k if someone picks him up off waivers.
I dunno… I could be wrong about all of this.
@beerguy: nope. they would have to pay his salary. that’s why I don’t think they will try to send him to the minors.
I’m sure his teammates will change their tune once his so-called friendliness sits in. Real team-player that guy….not.
Yeah… @scooper is right. My bad.
@dylan: you are right about what happens if someone claims him – we get $20K and they pay his salary.
@Amitheonlysaneone: There are a few reasons, at least for me. First? Simple. He plays for the other team. If I were a Yankees fan, I’d probably be happy with what he did. Beyond that, he handled the whole thing with his characteristic snarky attitude and sense of entitlement and self-righteousness. Mind you, I may be biased, but I’m not apologizing for that
@beerguy: I hope you are right. I’ve never thought of him as a “team” guy and I would hate to think that he could fool New Yorkers.
Wow… that was a crap call.
@beerguy: well said!
hey just got here. i hate it when work gets in the way of baseball. did davis get a hit? is slump officially over? or was the ‘yea chris’ for a defensive play?
@becca… a hit AND a RBI.
@becca: he singles to right, got an RBI (Cruz scored). Byrd was thrown out at third for the final out of the inning.
Hey becca, yep Davis did get a nice RBI single (scored Cruz), but Marlon was thrown out trying to go from 1st to 3rd.
@Beer Guy: I guess I didn’t see him handling it with a “snarky attitude and sense of entitlement and self-righteousness.” I think if M.Young or I.Kensler had been hit TWICE by the same pitcher, and then got upset about it, you would think they were completely justified in whatever reaction they had. I just think it’s sometimes okay to look at things objectively.
@Amitheonlyonesane, Tex was a bad guy a lot earlier than last night. I will never forgive him for what he said to the leering press before he began a rehab stint in Frisco while he was still here.
Uh, what dylan and scooper said!
nice! the rbi just was icing.
and this makes two games in a row that elvis has stolen. good to the big bad yankees aren’t scaring the kid!
@ami: if MY or Ian were in that situation, they would have gone to 1st without yelling obscenities at the pitcher. Also, they wouldn’t have mouthed off after the game.
Man… Elvis is rapidly becoming my favorite player.
@scooper: Even after the 2nd time? Remember, Tex didn’t say anything after the first time. After the second time, with their history, that’s when he got upset. Again, I think you’re looking at this through your Ranger-Red glasses.
Great job, Ian!
@Amitheonlysaneone: I agree, I probably would be saying that about Young or Kinsler. But hey that’s the thing right? Booing “those bums” on the other team. I do think being objective sometimes though is good, I guess just not on that partly because of the history with Tex wanting to leave, things he said, etc. Where I am more objective is on K/BB or base calls. Agree though that it wasn’t a really nasty slide or anything.
LOVE seeing opposite field hits.
and to all, i too sorta chuckled about tex and his poor wittle ankle. especially after about his quote saying something like ‘i wasn’t trying to take him out, i was just breaking up a play like we’ve been taught since little league’ or something or other. just funny stuff.
nice slap by ian
Nice job Kinsler!
holy bats! nice swinging. we may already have more hits in the first 2 innings than we did all game yesterday.
@Beer Guy: Fair enough.
@ami: yes, even after the second time. and of course I am seeing this through Ranger-Red glasses! I am a Rangers fan! But I also know class guys when I see them (or when I don’t)!
Rangers owning Pettitte again (so far)
dangit, i jinxed them
oh omar. orange pants? ballsy. extremely ballsy.
@beerguy: trust me, you don’t have the power. Or, maybe I’m wrong! Why don’t you try jinxing the Yankees and see if it works? If it does, you could get rich real fast!
@ami – Tex is all about Tex and always has been. According to other Rangers he was a poor teammate. I think it was the Hardline that labeled him a clubhouse cancer. So, when he gets hit lots of folks don’t mind. The fact that he mouths off instead of doing something about it says a little about him. What a whiner.
@Greg – I was laughing right there with you. I would have been on the floor if he had to go on the DL.
Off topic – Don’t forget it’s Free Root Beer Float night at Sonic after 8PM.
@scooper: I understand the resentment by a lot of Rangers’ fans that Tex didn’t want to stay in Texas. However, think of all the crappy teams (and broken promises) that Tex put up with while he was here. Always being told that they were building for next year…only to be told the same thing next year. He finally got fed up with it and wanted out. Also, don’t forget the Rangers wouldn’t be the team they are this year without the pieces they got from that trade.
@becca: Omar can carry off the orange-pants look. I’m glad Rhadigan didn’t try it!
@scooper: yeah you’re probably right, it never works the way i want it to anyway…hate to try to jinx NY, it might backfire hehe
GREAT double play there.
Nice DP!
feldman is really looking good. wasn’t it big bob strum that did the may numbers – scooter’s closest to a sure thing it looks like the rangers have at the mound. good stuff.
Anybody else think it’s weird that Hamilton and Volquez are on the DL within 1 day of each other? Volquez is struggling somewhat this year, as is Galarraga (some talk about sending him down to AAA)
tex was on a winning team last year and still wanted out he wanted free agency no matter what……. SELFISH
@ami: I’ve been one of the main ones saying that we shouldn’t boo Tex, that we wouldn’t be where we are right now without him. But I still don’t like him. He was always about Tex, not the team. I know we had crappy teams and it was frustrating, but Michael and Ian signed long-term contracts. Remember, he turned down $140 mil because he wanted to test FA and didn’t want to be here. That is his right. But it sure doesn’t make me like him!
Why didn’t that baserunner try to slide hard into Elvis to break up the play?
@becca – Yeah, Scooter had the best may numbers except for average innings per start, which were the lowest.
What is up with kris benson
@tippett’s ‘stache: cause they weren’t tex
Of course the night I pick Nellie in the homer pool he doesn’t get a pitch anywhere CLOSE to hit.
I didn’t say Tex was the bad guy, just thought it was a little funny that he was the one that got hurt on the play.
@evan: I think you nailed it on the Padilla situation. Message sent.
@DC: I’m sure that’s partly related to his moneybags agent, too
@evan – I agree 100% Re: Padilla. They are definitely sending a message.
Scott Boras and The Steinbrenners, doing their best to ruin the sport. Cheers!
@beerguy: Tex was always set on testing the FA market. His agent always wants to do that, but the agent you choose reflects who you are and what decisions you choose to make.
That was the biggest flop I have ever seen.
it totally looked like a prat fall
at least in slow motion.
Wow… Check out Tom Grieve dropping some rulebook knowledge on us.
really didn’t look like it got hit (much if at all)
Posada did a great acting job to emphasize the contact, but he really did get his with the bat.
ya the most overrated AL all-star in recent memory (posada) just gave an oscar-worthy performance on that fall…and let’s hope the Rangers don’t waste a 2-on-with-no-outs opportunity right here
Ok… you can see some changes in Davis’ swing. He’s whipping his wrists through the zone (which is good) but it defintely looks like that, because he’s concentrating on his form, he’s lost some batspeed.
LAA 5-0 over Toronto, bottom 4th
wasted opportunity
Posada gets the “Vlade Divac flop of the night” award.
Having said that, it was the correct call. He did get hit.
Pettitte at 67 pitches thru 3.
@Jeffrey: don’t forget Varitek last year. He was hitting about .150 when he made the All-Star team.
lol@amitheonlysaneone
Divac and his predecessor at flopping, Rick Laimbeer
@ami: at least Varitek was voted in by the players. that’s a little different than the fans voting for him.
@scooper: it just shows the players don’t pay any more attention than the fans.
@ami: or it says that there is more to varitek than his batting average.
@Ami good point. basically any player in new york or boston can be an all-star, as long as the fans vote is the only thing that matters
@scooper: I don’t care if the Pope wants you on the all star team, or if you throw out 100% of baserunners. If you’re hitting below .200 you don’t deserve to be on the all star team. IMO.
Good evening all.
@ami: you are entitled to your opinion.
@jeffrey: Yes, East coast players have a very distinct advantage. I’m shocked (pleasantly) that Ian is beating out Pedroia right now.
We need a quick DP right here.
Has there been any word on the extent of Texeira’s injury last night? Seems to have been lost in the news cycle today.
@ryansdad: supposedly it is a bruised ankle.
agreed, a DP would be swell right about now…
@ryans dad: bruised ankle, x-rays negative, day-to-day
Ok, Pettitte has mowed us down since i said that before…let’s try to reverse this jinx: “Boy Pettitte sure is owning the Rangers!”
Evan — Who makes the start on Saturday? You can’t bring Holland back on 3 days rest to start, can you?
dum, da-dum dum.
Here come’s the DP you wanted.
@ajm: Holland didn’t throw enough pitches last night to keep him from starting on Saturday.
i may have just accidentally booed at my tv while arod came up to loaded bases.
i don’t think my tv cares. or transmits that to yankee stadium.
If this were only the playoffs…we could count on a certain DP or K by A-Rod here
Isn’t it funny how when A-Rod was here nobody had confidence in him coming through in these situations. However, now it’s an uneasy feeling seeing him up there.
wow…what a sequence
Big time double play there by MY. Great, Great defense bailing out your pitcher.
Yet, nothing to fear. My first instincts were correct.
Go Rangers!
That was just what we needed!
Great play by young.
i’ll take that.
Hell yes
Excellent
Nice AB for the kid.
That’s the Arod that we know..
Elvis just doesn’t play like a 20-year-old.
Apparently Andrus didn’t get the memo about tipping pitches.
“That’s the Arod that we know..”
The guy who was the best player in the league every year he was here?
Feldman owes his infield a night at the bar after tonight. Stellar plays.
Elvis = Ozzie Smith.
RISP with 1 out…it’d be nice to have some more run support for Mr. Feldman
Elvis could steal third on the throw back from Posada to Pettite. He’s lobbing it back like he’s afraid to throw it into center field.
Lot of really good ABs tonight
If posada was not a yankee he would just be another catcher, his throwing is terrible.
i wish Cruz was awarded a spot on the all star team.
@AJM: The plan is for Holland to start. You’ll notice that Benson threw only 11 pitches in his inning of work. Could be a piggyback affair. Sorry my response is so late to your question.
another wasted opportunity…let’s hope the good pitching and defense remains good enough to not make these squandered opportunities regrettable
This lead could be a lot bigger… here’s hoping it holds
ugh, swung at the first pitch
We are letting him off the hook.
wowza! elvis is mvp for the night
wow
Wow.
Evan, like the line score addition and congrats on the Padilla scoop!
Just an idea, but any chance y’all could add a “Skip to last comment” link? Getting carpal tunnel scrolling to bottom of gameday posts on the iPhone…
and evan, there’s your scooter reaction!
scooter is pumped tonite.
Josh getting a little carried away there hehe
And Davis’ splits make me grimace every time. Ouch.
@beer guy: what, the “defense and pitching baby, yeah!!!” was a little much for ya?
Davis dosent get enough credit for those plays. If he stays upright the runner is safe.
that was great!
like the way that inning went!
my legs don’t go that way. it’s always exciting to see his stretches.
@Ami: Heh, yeah he was suddenly explosive wasn’t he? I think he said “every day”, too. One can only imagine his facial expression when he says things at that pitch
becca, not many people’s do.
Feldman at 62 pitches thru 4.
@beer guy: maybe he suddenly got a cramp like TAG, and needed to scream. that was his way of disguising it.
hammy cramps do hurt
Well guys, I have to go play ball.
Go rangers!
Pettitte 104 pitches, think he’s done?
I just puked a little in my mouth….they showed the mannings on tv.
So everyone believes that Padilla is dumb enough to hit Teixiera twice to load the bases with Rodriguez coming up?
somebody remind me what makes an official game
@beer guy: I’d be surprised if he’s not. He had back stiffness in his last start, and I can’t think they want to push him.
@James: I really have no idea, it would just be speculation. But I think the thought might be that yes he would do that, putting his own “statement” over what’s good for the team at that moment.
@adio: after this half inning it will be complete.
pardon me, official
Whiff! Man Feldman has really settled down. 73 pitches, too, nice work
@adios: one team has to be ahead and the team that is behind has to have batted 5 times.
good bunts give me smiles.
hitting into double plays don’t so much, though
gah…i really hope all these missed chances don’t come back to haunt us…
I guess Teixiera believes that Padilla is dumb enough to hit him twice to load the bases with Rodriguez coming up. Either that, or he wanted something to use to pump himself up in front of the NY media.
is the error call correct? well, i guess TAG said it could go either way. still, because of where it was hit, i thought maybe it’d learn more toward a hit for damon
Trivia time! Name the 4 people still on the Yankees that were on the 1999 team that beat us in the playoffs.
@james: apparently the rangers also think padilla is dumb enough to hit Tex twice to load bases.
Jeter, Posada, Pettitte, Rivera?
@beer guy: jeter, posada, rivera, girardi?
@beer guy; posada, pettite, jeter?…don’t know 4th
ah, yes. pettite.
Woops, name the FIVE people…
I forgot Pettitte
and girardi
and the crowd’s booing arod! maybe they DID hear me through my tv! oh, who am i kidding. they boo everyone.
Jeter, Posada, Pettitte, Rivera, Girardi
And how many Rangers? None.
is feldman coming back out? was anyone warming up? i think he should.
@Amitheonlysaneone: That is why I think something else went down after the game to trigger this
@becca: Feldman is at 89 pitches. he should be back.
@beerguy: it’s a good thing that no Rangers are left from ’99.
Feldman is living a charmed life…..and against the Yankees….special charmed…..
@james: yes, i think something else did go down after the game. i think that padilla’s teammates had seen enough of his moron behavior, and management knew it. i have a feeling that other rangers players weren’t quiet in showing their displeasure.
Bring him back for the 7th, he’s earned it
@scooper: Good point. Very few Rangers from that team are even still active. Doug Davis, Sele??, Pudge, Gregg Zaun…that’s all i think
@james: Salty’s comment last night: “i had nothing to do with it” isn’t exactly showing support for his pitcher.
now, everyone: don’t forget that you can go to sonic tonight after the game (until midnight) and get a free root beer float. just pull up and they will bring you one.
Good pitching after that mistake to Posada. I’m very impressed with what Scooter has in his bag.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
did mystique and aura make the trip accross the street? i guess we’ll find out.
Good pitch by CJ to Gardner, completely sawed him off.
Are those the two women that A.Rod’s wife found him in the hotel with Ami?
CJ is dealin’, Jeter can cry all he wants, that was a strike.
C.J.’s looking great! And no Drama!
lol@ryan’s dad
ok boys it’s time to pay up…..yep cut $8 mil for vincente and extend me……..
head case or not you have to admit the boys got hella talent……
Is this the same team we watched last night? What a nice turn around. CJ strikes out Jeter on 3 pitches. Tonight’s version of the Rangers looks pretty solid.
“tentatively starts slow clapping CJ with a single tear running down my cheek.”
Angels won 8-1, booo
“Former Chicago Cubs outfielder Sammy Sosa said Wednesday that he will soon announce his formal retirement from baseball and that he will not allow his legacy to be stained by steroid-use accusations.”
http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=4229022
CJ’s seems to have figure it out. Makes me smile.
@beer guy: i wonder if he plans on his corked bat also not staining his legacy.
Davis is acting like that one might have hurt a little bit.
@becca: good point
ball on balls would make you hurt too….
calling another DP by A-Rod
i guess you have to be able to make contact to hit into a DP
an arod strrike out is just as good in my book
97…..87 changeup for a strike….97 strike….98 ball….89 slider…….A-ROD folks…..c’mon pay up…….
Great job, C.J.! You’re outta here, A-Rod!
Damn! Elvis strikes again!
oh elvis how we pitchers love you……
CJ pitching very well indeed! And, whew, Elvis…huge case for his defense alone being team MVP at this point
And we’ll see Frank Frank in the 9th.
Elvis is starting to give off the same vibe as Pudge did back in the day. He may be the best SS in the league from day 1. Why on earth did Atlanta agree to trade this guy.
I really think Kins gets it now! He has really started being patient.
I wish we could have gotten a few off of tomko
still think its hilarious the great and mighty yankees have brett tomko in their bullpen
@ryansdad: They already had Yunel Escobar with the big-league team and they had decided that he would be their shortstop. That made Andrus expendable.
Just like they had Brian McCann, so salty was expendable.
dang it kins! really wanted another insurance run
listening to josh and tom it sounds like the rangers aren’t even in the same league as the yankees. they sound shocked and giddy that the rangers are winning. isn’t that what plagued the rangers in 96, 98 and 99? they didn’t feel they belonged on the field with ny. have a little confidence and sound like you belong.
@ami: after last night, it didn’t look like we were. I’m glad we’re playing better tonight.
It doesn’t matter to me how Tom and Josh sound, so long as Wash and the gang have confidence then I’m cool. That sounds like a cool name for these guys, “Wash and the Gang”
Frankie looks good tonight!
Man, he is on.
Dude is untouchable.
Good win.
Now we’ll see what McCarthy can do tomorrow!
11 pitches in the 9th takes down the mighty Yankees. Anyone else taking off work tomorrow to watch the game?
our guys didn’t look overmatched tonight. Hello win column.
so if you’ve TKO’d padilla then who is your playoff # 2? you wish it was holland but he won’t be ready…..if harrison is in an epiphany moment then maybe but otherwise NO….McCarthy has had the most success….or Feldman who always goes 5 1/3 with 2 runs?
I’ll be watching.
@justsaying: we haven’t TKO’d Padilla, yet. We’ll see if anyone claims him.
Good win for sure! Can even the season series thus far tomorrow with a win (sort of countering the whole “can’t beat the elite” argument). Have a good night folks and see you next time.
the broadcast shouldn’t be a source of doubt at ranger success…..that is something the team can control and they can always have a come to jesus meeting with the crew…..right after the meeting with me and the bankers…….
I think Padilla ends up starting a few more games for the Rangers.
CJ reminds me of Maverick from TOP GUN!
@Michael: Work from home, man. Work from home.
Sorry I’m late with post, was ar Frisco RR game, JustSaying it might be a little early to set playoff rotation. GO RANGERS!!!
