Are you trying to predict Wash’s lineup or give your own?

I don’t think anybody besides Wash still thinks Kinsler needs to be batting leadoff.

My proposal:
1. Borbon LF
2. Young 3B
3. Hamilton DH
4. Byrd CF
5. Murphy RF
6. Kinsler 2B
7. Saltalamacchia C
8. Davis 1B
9. Andrus SS

This lets you ease Hamilton back in. I could be convinced to put Blalock at 1B, but Davis had a good game tonight, too.

They’ve got to drop Kinsler down and take some pressure off of him – let him hit his way back up. I could see him going to the 3 hole with Hamilton at cleanup or vice versa if he gets his head right with ball.

hicks has no money to extend josh; trade for a starter; beef up the bullpen if it requires money.

despite all the owner’s limitations these guys act like they can WIN IN SPITE OF HICKS…..now that’s professional talent!

i think the new term for some of wash’s moves has to be “reflex stupid”……sorta like declaring Frankie is his closer right after he gave up the two run homer a couple of days ago…..rather than stand back and be reflective for the “team” he jumps in for the “player”…….

i thought this was a “team” game not a “player” game……..

This isn’t occasional. Frankie has struggled since he came back. He hasn’t always given up runs but he has not been his usual self. His fastball used to be unhittable. That’s not the case now. He’s just…off. I’m not saying he’s not the closer ever again. But right now, he shouldnt be.
