		<description>Clearly organizational depth is critical to any MLB team&#039;s success.  the season is very long and injuries are always have to be factored in.

This is why I oppose trading minor league (especially AAA) talent for rental players after the All Star break.

Never know when who and when the team is going to need to fill a gap.

Even the Rangers with one of the best minor league organizations have just had to &quot;grin and bear it&quot; through Davis&#039;s strikeout streak.</description>
