ARLINGTON - Sitting in for Evan this evening. I’ll be back before first pitch with more All-Star react and observations from both clubhouses (since A.L. manager Joe Maddon is in town) plus a visit with a couple of the new international signees. In the meantime, the Rangers lineup that will face righty Matt Garza (6-5, 3.45) and try to catch the Angels, 9-6 winners this afternoon:
