It’s interesting to see so many references to a kickoff specialist in your write-ups. A lot of people were surprised/upset by the drafting of David Buehler, but rethinking the 2008 season… they shouldn’t have been.

The Cowboys rid themselves of problems 4 (TO) and 5 (Pacman) this off season. Problem 1 (Jones), 2 (Romo), and 3 (Phillips) are still just as glaring. 8-8 this year if the pokes are fortunate.

Let’s close the book on 2008. Based on what we’ve see so far, the arrow may be pointing (slightly) up for these Cowboys. At least we are rid of last year’s knuckleheads.

The end of the 2008 season has done the unthinkable. It dampened my enthusiasm for training and the preseason. The Rangers may have something to do with it. But unless it’s an injury, I don’t care what happens in training camp this year.
