If I remember my athletic training courses… rotator cuff tears do not heal on their own.

Rehab can strengthen the surrounding muscles, to reduce the stress on the injury. But the tear doesn’t magically reattach itself.

Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong.

I was pictures of Tanners while at Fresno and a new one this summer while googling some scouting reports. . The guy has filled out incredibly. Apparently has put on 30lbs of what looks like muscle in his chest and shouders . Apparently the rehab has had an effect.
