The big question that arose from the Rangers 4-3 loss to Chicago Friday night was all about the decision to remove RHP Scott Feldman, who had allowed one hit through five innings, and replace him with rookie Derek Holland with the game on the line.
You could spend hours debating the question.
It was not, however, the big issue.
That issue, the one with long-term implications, is why a team built for runs is having so much trouble scoring them without Josh Hamilton in the lineup.
